ISACA Advanced in AI Security Management™ (AAISM™) is the first and only AI-centric security management certification designed to help experienced IT professionals reinforce the enterprise’s security posture and protect against AI-specific threats. You’ll be able to manage the evolving security risk related to AI, implement policy, and ensure its responsible and effective use across the organization.

ISACA’s new certification is designed to supplement certified security managers with the ability to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk associated with enterprise AI solutions. Professionals will deliver assurance in key practice areas, including:

•	AI Technologies and Controls

•	AI Risk Management

The AAISM™ will focus on areas specific to AI, such as adaptivity, trustworthiness, societal impacts, bias, privacy risks and maintenance.

With traditional information security, integrity controls prevent unauthorized changes to data. However, data used for AI is inherently adaptive and changes over time, as the underlying algorithms continuously learn and adapt. These risks need to be understood to ensure they are effectively addressed during the development, adoption and ongoing management of AI systems. AAISM™, attainable for those who have earned a CISM™ or CISSP™ credential, provides guidance to mitigate this specific risk.

Eligibility
Professionals holding an active CISM™ or CISSP™ certification are eligible to pursue the AAISM™ certification. Please refer to https://www.isaca.org/ for details. The examination consists of 90 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 150 minutes. ISACA awards the certification after validating that candidates meet the eligibility criteria.

ISACA Mumbai Chapter's AAISM™ Certification Exam Preparatory Course

ISACA Mumbai Chapter, an authorized training arm of ISACA, USA, is offering the AAISM™ Exam Preparatory Course aligned with ISACA guidelines. The course will be conducted by Dr Onkar Nath, a renowned technologist and security professional who is himself AAISM-certified.
