Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 01.06.2025
1. General Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions under which payments made to ISACA Mumbai Chapter through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway can be refunded or cancelled.
2. Applicability
This policy applies to payments made for:
- Conferences, Seminars, Webinars, and Events
- Membership Renewals (Chapter Only)
- Training Programs and Workshops
- ISACA Mumbai Merchandise (if applicable)
3. Event Cancellation by ISACA Mumbai Chapter
- If an event is cancelled by ISACA Mumbai Chapter, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
- The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used by the user.
4. Cancellation by User

Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [info@isacamumbai.org] (or any designated email ID).
5. Membership Fees
- Membership payments once processed via ISACA Global and routed to the Chapter are non-refundable.
- Any issues must be taken up directly with ISACA Global Support.
6. Training Programs
- Cancellation for paid training programs must follow a similar schedule as mentioned above.
- No refund will be issued once training materials have been accessed or sessions attended.
7. Transaction Failures
- In case of transaction failure (i.e., debited account with no confirmation), users should notify ISACA Mumbai Chapter with transaction reference details.
- If payment is confirmed by ICICI Bank and not reflected on our systems, reconciliation will be done within 3–5 working days.
8. Refund Method
- All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the original transaction.
- Users will be informed via email once the refund has been initiated.
9. No Cash Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed electronically to ensure transparency and audit trail.
10. Policy Amendments
- ISACA Mumbai Chapter reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on the Website and Mobile Application with a revision date.
